In periods 3 and 4 we will move on to chapter 11.2
FRIDAY (1-31-2014)
DIHYBRID CROSS ASSESSMENT
It is time to show that you have improved from your previous attempt to complete a dihybrid cross. So... Summon your inner Mendel and punnett on!
For the DISORDER PRESENTATION (To answer a few of your questions)
1. There is no"official" written part. The questions are to guide you as you learn about the disorder. This is also the information that I expect you to talk about during your presentation. I will not collect these, rather, the class will be asking questions (as will I) to see if you know about the disorder.
2. The POSTER is to be a visual. Think of it as an advertisement for a movie. What can you draw/print/create that will cause people in your class to want to learn about the disorder? Pictures (drawn or found online and printed) could add to this, as will interesting facts. you decide.
3. The GRADE is based on your ability to show what you know about the disorder, not what you can read, or draw... (i.e. if you have to read the information that you have found, I will know that you can read. How will you show that you KNOW about the disorder?)
